Administrative Law

RLLS attorneys represent clients before virtually every State administrative agency. In some instances, our attorneys had a hand in the establishment of agency regulations or policies in their previous capacities with the State. For example, Mr. Livingston helped draft certain State procurement regulations concerning minority business enterprises and the creation of the Maryland State Board of Contract Appeals.

In addition, firm members have appeared before:

  • Maryland State Board of Contract Appeals
  • Health Services Cost Review Commission
  • Maryland HealthCare Commission
  • County Zoning Appeals Boards
  • Tax Court
  • Department of Budget and Management
  • Department of Transportation
  • Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
  • Department of Public Safety and Corrections
  • Department of General Services
  • Department of Licensing, Labor and Regulation

Most of these agencies are represented by attorneys in the Office of the Attorney General, but are sometimes represented by outside law firms. In every instance, we work zealously to represent our client's objective.
