A. Thomas Pedroni, Jr., a member of the firm’s Health Law Group, has over two decades of experience in working with hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, captive insurers, physicians and dentists. Tom’s practice includes matters related to the full range of corporate, business and litigation issues for physician practice issues, insurance, risk management and alternative risk financing. He has represented large insurance companies and self-insured entities in major professional and general liability coverage litigation with excellent results.
Mr. Pedroni is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and The Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of Maryland State Bar Association as well as the U.S. District Court of Maryland, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Pedroni is also fluent in Italian.
