Elizabeth K. Miller joined the firm in 2003 in an “of counsel” position. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1999, and obtained her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1996. Upon graduation from the University of Baltimore, she practiced for two years as a law clerk for the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Ms. Miller is a member of the Maryland Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Ms. Miller’s experience includes appellate work, federal research, and procurement law.
