Joel D. Rozner rejoined the firm as a partner in 1998. Mr. Rozner, who previously was a partner in the firm from 1991 to 1994, focuses his expertise on government relations in Annapolis and Prince George’s County, as well as the general practice of law. He previously served as Chief of Staff to then County Executive Parris N. Glendening, and as People’s Zoning Counsel for Prince George’s County for seven years. In 1998, Mr. Rozner was selected to participate in Leadership Washington. Mr. Rozner was appointed by Governor Glendening to Celebration 2000, and was the Governor’s appointee to the Commission on Lobbyists Ethics. Mr. Rozner also maintains an active personal injury practice and formerly was an insurance claims representative. Mr. Rozner is a Fellow of the Law Foundation of Prince George’s County, as well as a member of both the District of Columbia and Prince George’s County Bar Association. He is also chair of the firm’s Legislative and Government Relations Group.
