Michael V. Johansen has 15 years of experience in matters before the General Assembly, executive agencies and local governments. He has represented clients in matters related to health care, gaming, transportation, insurance, State and local taxes, franchises, business regulation, information technology, environmental regulation, privatization, and acquisition of public funds for private programs and projects. Previously, Mr. Johansen served as a fiscal analyst in the Maryland Department of Fiscal Services and as Counsel to the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee. Currently, Mr. Johansen serves as administrative partner in the firm.
