Norman D. Rivera joined the firm from Wilkes Artis, Chartered where he was a leading member of its suburban Maryland practice group. Mr. Rivera’s practice area includes zoning, subdivision, land use and related real estate development matters. His real estate practice includes complex development matters, zoning cases, and regulatory reviews and appeals for many distinguished clients including the Washington Redskins. Mr. Rivera is a member of the Board of Directors of the Prince George’s County Children’s Resource Center. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Prince George’s County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association. He is also co-chair of the RLLS Real Estate and Zoning Group.
