Richard K. Reed joined the firm from Wilkes Artis, Chartered where he was a leading member of its suburban Maryland practice group. Mr. Reed’s practice area includes zoning, subdivision, land use and related real estate development matters. In addition to Mr. Reed’s extensive land use practice, he is immediate past chair of the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce and a member of its Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Mr. Reed has also served as chairman of the Chamber’s Economic Development and Legislative committees and served on the County’s Development Quality Steering Committee. He is also a member of the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association and is active in its Prince George’s County Liaison Committee. Mr. Reed is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Prince George’s County Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Zoning Group.
