Timothy K. Hogan
Timothy K. Hogan is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group in an “of counsel” position. Mr. Hogan was formerly with the firm of Miles & Stockbridge, where he was a principal in the tax group and is a certified public accountant. His practice includes insolvency taxation for both debtors and creditors, health care tax law, equipment lease, and tax litigation. Mr. Hogan also served for eight years as a member of Representative Benjamin Cardin’s Federal Tax Advisory Committee.
